如何汉化PHP程序的源代码?

今天又有朋友问到汉化PHP程序文件方法，其实很简单.打开XML或PHP源代码文件当然ASP,NET也是同理，在把第一行的iso-8859-1改成UTF-8，然后以UTF-8字符集保存。最好不要用WIN的记事本，通常比较常见工具：UltraEdit 或者 EP…..。

接下来就是搜索短语并翻译了。

有的程序源代码写的不那么规范，就得把摸板也检查一下啊，有直接写在摸板里的字符串也要翻译就可以了。
